quick room service. there's no complains at all, i would definitely go again. it is so close to the airport. ideal place for vacation in byblos.

The staff was welcoming and friendly during our stay, which was appreciated. Another aspect we liked was the proximity to local shops and attractions, making it easy to navigate the area. We also enjoyed having access to a kitchenette in the room.
The WiFi connection was weak and inconsistent throughout our stay, which was frustrating. the breakfast selection lacked variety and the self-service setup meant there was no assistance from staff if needed.

The stuff was very nice and helpful and friendly I tried many hotels in lebanon and from my experience this hotel is batter than most of the 4 star hotel according to what I saw in lebanon very nice location in the nice Byblos new furniture

Great location in the heart of the old city! We loved being able to walk to restaurants, cafes, and the old souk. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
The room was a bit outdated and in need of renovation. Wifi was only available in the lobby and was quite slow, which was a bit frustrating.

We loved the hotel's location, which was close to the historical city center and had easy access to the highway. The staff was exceptional in their support and kindness, and they even helped us with arranging our PCR test. The hotel was very clean and quiet, and we appreciated the easy parking in the underground garage.
